Essential Oils Recipe for Allergy, Cold, Sinus Symptoms

Use 100% pure, unadulterated essential oils. These are safe for children and adults.

Recipe:

Into a bottle add these essential oils:

  • 2 drops lemon
  • 2 drops peppermint
  • 3 drops rosemary
  • 1 drop eucalyptus (if stronger mixture is desired)
  • 1 drop lavender (to sweeten mixture, if desired)

Use: Swirl gently to mix. Place a few drops into a tissue. Hold to close to face and nose (your comfort level).

Sprinkle 2-3 drops onto the shower floor, turn on water, and enjoy an aroma shower.

Tips: Select a clean, sterilized empty glass bottle. A small (one ounce or less) dark amber or blue glass is preferred. Select small bottle with little “head room” to reduce air exposure. Air, sunlight, and heat reduce oil quality over time. Stopper securely.

Self Care:  Keep these basic essential oils on hand. They have many uses.
